1978 LMC Obverse Die Crack From Rim To Rim Or Just Damage?

I found this 1978 LMC and it looks to me like there is a die crack from rim to rim. Specially in the center above the date it looks as if the die might have raised a little? Any thoughts is always greatly appreciated.

Some of the area in question is PSD, but parts of it also look like delamination.

I agree with it being a lam. Where the anomaly crosses the rim it has a classic lam look.
