Torch-On-Back-Of-Dime-Is-Coming-Untied-At-The-Bottom.
I dont think real special. Just a little different. I was trying to see if it has quit rotating my pictures as I post them. I used the preview and it has side ways. But from when I take the upload from my files and gallery it switches some. Gotta keep trying to figure it out

@lg5, perhaps a die chip, but if you pick at it with a wooden toothpick, does it come off? If so, then it is just metal scraped away from the lower band.
