I'm no expert, but Variety Vista ha images of over 21 varieties. your looks closest to RPM-20. If it is one. you need the whole coin photo to see if it matched the markers for that variety. Keep in mind there are a lot for this year. it could be another one not given a designation yet or it might just be a normal mint mark. I'm leaning to a RPM...

OP - Are you referring to the lower left corner of the MM, or the faint outline of the D on the right side?

The lines on the '7' and the mintmark are all related to die wear. This die still has hundreds of thousands of coins to strike yet.
