Errers and Varietys Bedrock of the Community United States 74584 Posts	Posted 07/29/2019 6:18 pm To CCF! It's a counterstamp. It's from some type of punching tool. It's Post Strike Damage ( PSD). It was done after it left the U.S. Mint (after the strike). To counterstamp collectors, it would be worth a tiny premium. Maybe 25 cents? Errers and Varietys. Report this Post to the Staff
