What's the weight of your coin? The texture and surfaces of your coin isn't normal at all. Definitely PSD of some sort.

Is it a clad coin? If not it maybe a counterfeit. Just doesn't look right.

Thanks for thee input guys. I don't have a scale but it feels like the same weight as other coins. It almost looks like it was spray painted.

Anything is possible. Can you see the copper on the edge? It may have been painted over.

So that tells me it is a real coin. But with something on the coins surface, it is pretty much a spender.
