It's not a coin, sad to say. It's another example of what is known as a "temple token" from India. This one is Hindu, with the sacred cow on one side and a Hindu deity on the other. Here's an example on zeno.ru.

The guy who posted the example on zeno doesn't know who the deity, is, but given the size of the ears, I'd guess it's Hanuman, the monkey-faced hero of the Ramayana.
