This is one of those coins you should have in hand, looks anywhere from, EF to AU to me.

Late middle die state obverse, and like so many Edward coins, a hint of a soft strike. I don't think the scratches or minor field pitting would be enough to detail a fish scale. I'd be comfortable at EF-45, but it could run to AU-50 if some of the softness I am seeing is strike weakness rather than wear. There might be some concern whether the reverse suggests an old cleaning.
