Those coin toilet seats have been around a long time the first one I ever seen was in Las Vegas about 45 years ago .
Makes for nice conversation piece .

What if they were full of potty dollars? Trade dollars re-engraved to show Miss Liberty well...you know. Now that would be unique and probably really expensive, considering the prices some of the better engraved ones bring these days.

It would also be a crying shame seling up valualbe pieces of "folk art" in something like that, With the one for the OP it's just junk silver. Meh, who cares. Tons more of that stuff around.
