CoinHunter17 Pillar of the Community United States 1008 Posts	Posted 08/02/2019 1:18 pm My weakness is proof vs business strike coins and I'm wondering if I can get help with that and if I can spend this coin because I heard there are 1990 proof coins that are missing the San Francisco mint mark. hole_in_pocket Valued Member United States 194 Posts	Posted 08/02/2019 3:50 pm The proof coin would have a mirror like finish. You wouldn't see those ungainly knobbled skin effect on the coin. It would be highly smooth even if circulated. You can google a comparison or check out some YouTube vids to help. Report this Post to the Staff
