I came across this today while searching my coins. Ill just tell you what I see, followed by pictures I hope do justice. If you want larger pictures just send me an email.

What I see:

AT first it seems as if there is a second rim around the top.

IN GOD WE TRUST
1. Doubling on the N in "IN"
2. Some kind of line coming from the bottom of the D in GOD
3. Doubling of some sort on the E in "WE"
4. If you can zoom in a little on the full penny photo, I believe I see a faint "S" in between WE and TRUST
5. Again if you can zoom in a little, I see faint letters in between the letters of TRUST

LIBERTY
Spread or doubling in "LIBER"

DATE / MINT MARK
Spread or doubling in both the date and mint mark.

REVERSE:

Again, looks like there is an extra rim around the top, and the letters on UNITED STATES OF AMERICA appear to be spread or doubled up to the extra rim line. The designer initial also appear to have doubling as well as the right side of the memorial. I only have snaps from my AmScope for the reverse as I lost natural light but if you would like actual photos of the reverse, I can do that tomorrow. I hope its not just Machine Doubling as that is what all my other finds seem to be, but I don't know enough about this stuff to determine what kind of error it is. So all opinions are welcome.

Thanks.

Some type of doubling, not a double die though. Not good with doubling but my guess is Machine Doubling.

Looks like Split Plate Doubling and Die Deterioration Doubling.

Welp, it was either DDD or MD, guess it was DDD. Always get those two confused.

Or a bit of both. There is no rules that say that it has to be one item or another. It could be a combination of several event that happen during a strike/die/planchet.
