it was hard to get an image of these lines, but they are indeed raised. I had to hold coin at an angle.

they are right under the word trust. they run somewhat vertical.

If it were a Cud, it would rise above the rim on the edge of the coin:
1990-D-LMC-Shows-Raised-Lines-Is-This-A-Cud?
Also the reverse would be weaker because of the broken die not able to strike up the reverse. (A true sign that it is Cud)
