I'd Say VF-35 tops, horn is not sharp.

Sorry N.S. but I can't see it higher than VF-25 with that horn and a Buffalo that looks like a whipped horse .
No fret , you've had some nice coins lately but this isn't one of them .

I agree with Frog, horn is a bit worn for EF. VF-35

This one came in and I was very pleased. The tip of the horn looks weak but I think it is full and complete. Date in obverse is strong and the coin exhibits luster, especially in the obverse. Further thoughts? Thanks!
