Surfaces look original to me. Couple small spots one on the arrow and 2 on shield. I'd say MS-64RD. MS64RB at least IMO. Those spots my come off with a toothpick but that may be better left to NCS.

Pics are too washed out to show color and surface details clearly.

Looks like it might be MS but photo lighting is way too bright to tell.

That S in Cents is due to Die Deterioration I presume?

we need better (less washed out) photos to accurately grade this one, it sure looks mint state.
