This includes the rim bump on the rev at 9 o'clock, the smeared letters of UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, and the distorted letters in LIBERTY. Looks like a "vise job", someone was intentionally trying to create an error. It's worth it's face value. In the future, try to make your own thread and post pictures of obverse and reverse.
