@CS, sorry for the late reply. This isn't my area of expertise, but I'm hoping that this numista link will be useful:

https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces2156.html

The mintmark might have a die chip on it.

Also, I'm going to move this to the world coin section of CCF so that more eyeballs will see it.

What book is the page on Numista taken from ?

I'd like to know more about modern Czech varieties.

@pertinax, there is a copyright on the image attributable to "Numismatika Oliver". When I search those keywords, this numismatic website comes up:

Spence,
Thanks. I got there, too, but it's all in Czech and Google Chrome doesn't translate it.

Books are listed but not the contents.

Ok yes the Czech language is not a strong point for me either, although I do remember enjoying a pilsner Urquell in Prague a few years back.

However, if you click on CECHY on the left side and then SOUCASTNOST "present times" it will bring up the most modern issues. From there, scroll down until you see the 50 Haleru coin listing and there are multiple hotlinks to other webpages with descriptions of the variants in the POZNAMKY "comments" section at the bottom. Finally, you may need to type the words into google translate by hand as I don't see an easy way to snag the text for copying and pasting.
