Not sure if this even exists but it caught my eye. And maybe doubling on reverse in "of"and possibly doubling on date?

I'm thinking it is coin wrapper damage or vending machine damage or both. Note it is just not the mintmark that is affected, date 'WE TRUST' 'L' on Liberty, the base of the bust even shows a little damage.
