I don't do banknotes as much as coins, but think this one might be worth a bit. It is crisp, has the major fold lines down the middle and is really clean.

Not a common bank for sure, but there are still plenty of CU and AU $10 Type 1 notes in the census.

Not as rare as I thought it might be. Heritage has sold a few over the years between 125$ to 375$.

The note that sold for $375 on Heritage was a radar.

I'd guess the OP's note, with the minor rust stains, closer to $200, give or take.

Looks to be a 4-fold with rust stains (as noted) and tight obverse centering, at best a 40 NET. Steve's estimation sounds about right.
