Hello I found this 1987 Washington quarter which I believe has a mint error. I am new to coin collecting and would appreciate any feedback on if this is actually an error and what kind of error it is. Thank you so much.

Thank you so much for all the input. I will try and upload some better full pictures of the coin, but I am new to this so it is a learning curve to get the picture sized right for upload.

Looks like a strong MAD coin. I can see the devices over the rim, but I think there is weakness on the reverse from it being so far out of alignment.
