Looks more like a scratch. Is it raised or incuse? Please try to show your pics right-side up - this is important.

That looks like post mint damage to me, just a scratch made on it during the time it was circulated. Here is what the die crack on a quarter I found looked like:

I would say a scratch Post Mint Damage...
