Just got it in my change this morning. Appears to have doubling on the base of the "1" and "9" in 2019.  Edited by SamCoin 08/13/2019 2:34 pm

I've been trying to find references for what you have shown, but the only thing I have been able to come up with is a doubling below the ear for this coin. What you are showing in this close up has the earmarks of doubling, with the seperation. This really does look like a minor doubling.

I stand corrected. I forgot that the devices around the rim on the reverse are incused. Therefore, I agree with E&V's accessment.
