I know its says obvious notching on lower leg of R, but I cant see that in there photo? What would it look like?

For this specific one it's a class 6 doubled die, these show extra thickness on the devices. On this specific coin, it shows medium extra thickness and a slight notch in the lower corner.

I think it is showing the doubling on the R, and they are saying you can use the notch were the normal device meets the doubled R(it sticks out to the right at a 90degreeish angle) to help distinguish it from damage. The lower arrow is pointing to lines that would be visible on other coins made with this die(the name of which I cannot remember) that use can also use as a marker.
