The note accompanying it says: Nurnburg Silver Medal 17th Century "Sehauthaler" or presentation piece Is this a replica? Is it something interesting? Thank you! In the meantime, if you can post a photo that is cropped to just show the medal, both front and back, this will help with identification. I don't think it is a replica and I do find it very interesting. I can't read the lettering well. What I would do if I had it in hand, would be to jot down or type that text into google translate from Latin to English and then search the results.
