Thanks CoinHunter27

I think I will try a dry Q-tip to get the green stuff off then maybe mineral oil soak...

Anyone have recommendations/suggestions on how to clean this?

Thanks

Good eye...nice find..
Acetone bath for 5 to 10 minutes, rinse with distilled water followed by Verdicare anywhere from 3 to 4 hours. Then pick off debris with a sharp toothpick. Sharpen toothpick with a knife and not a emery board, small particles of sand can get into the wood and then scratch the copper plating. That's how I do it, (sometimes lengthening the times on soaks)
Try it on a coin with similar conditions with no errors to make yourself comfortable

I sold Mike a couple of cents a few years back and that pic in the book looks like my former coin If those values in the book are accurate, then I am having sellers remorse

The book has a COPYRIGHT of 2013.

As for prices...
I did a quick check on ebay sales and didn't see any

Mike paid me what he thought was a fair price,I had no idea of the value. The price in that book is a lot more than Mike paid me,so if Mikes price was fair then the book is over valuing that coin. If they are over valuing that coin, chances are all the values in that book are too high. I don't know one way or the other though.
