I'm new to coin collecting and I hope I'm in the correct place. I recently found this 2006 multi strike Lincoln Cent coin roll hunting. At first I almost tossed it as damaged until I looked a little closer. Can someone shed some light on this coin for me. I'm still learning and would love to hear I hit the jackpot lol. Notice the inverted B E R at the 7:35 position. I'm ready for some good luck. Thank you very much....
@DFB, first welcome to CCF. Second, yes unfortunately what you have here is a so-called "vise job". Someone has squished this cent in between others (such as in a machinist's vice) such that some of the details of these other cents have been impressed on this one. A key giveaway is the presence of backwards letters.

Wow... that is crazy someone would intentionally do that to a coin. Darn not in a million years did I expect to hear that lol. Well, that's why I'm here to learn and this is something I've never heard about before and I discovered it in a coin roll. Thank you all very much. My collection now has a new category. Shattered dreams lol
