Picked this up for $60. Unfortunately the plastic on the obverse side of the slab is scuffed and cloudy. Thoughts? TPG grade in 48. Thanks!

Have to say it again : I wish I had your coin budget .
I have to give that obverse even though cloudy much better than EF-40 . But the reverse holds it back . No grade given , lets see what the Barber experts say .

TPG said xf45. I like the obverse much better than the reverse. ironic bc I purchased it based on the visible reverse.
