moxking Rest in Peace United States 17900 Posts	Posted 08/16/2019 12:56 pm MS66. Eye Appeal 8/10. Typical moderate strike that does not affect numerical grade. The very thin horizontal scratch across the cheek to the nose on the obverse would likely keep it from any higher grade. I don't say it often, but if it were mine, I'd send it in.
