Was wondering if I could get some expert opinions I think I have came across some doubling on my 1996 any input is greatly appreciated

That's not a Doubled Die Obverse. Just common Die Deterioration Doubling, sorry. No premium for this. http://www.error-ref.com/die-deteri...on-doubling/

How can we tell it is Die Deterioration? Note the direction the that the devices are being affected. Right side of the date, left side of Liberty. And guessing the tops of the devices on the motto. (no image) Die Deterioration affects the fields on the devices your looking at. If this were a DDO then the devices would be enlarged. But the devices are normal size, just the fields are showing the affect. On die wear, the devices are altered:

Note the devices are now reaching the rim. That is how die wear and die deterioration is different. Die wear affects the devices, Die Deterioration affects the fields. No premium for these. It is the die showing its mid life affects on the devices. It still has several hundred thousand more coins before the die will be retired.
