1976 D Half Dollar - Uncirculated - Missing Star Reverse - Damage

My wife and I purchased a roll of uncirculated half dollars in 1976. I just unrolled the coins and this is one of them. The coin looks to me like it has a circular crack? Possible DDO on "In God" Other damage. Any and all help is appreciated. jmewrites

Several issues, but none of them are hub doubling. Mostly MD, Die Deterioration and Struck Through Grease issues. Possible PSD damage from a coin wrapper. But nothing worthy of a premium.

The missing star is due to a Grease Fill.

It is fairly common for the 1976 to be missing stars and parts of "Independence Hall" I have a small collection of them somewhere. Grease is the cause of most of it. Yours isn't particularly striking, as only 1 star is completely missing. The vary from having 1 device affected to pretty much all of the stars and "Independence Hall" missing. The most I personally have found Is missing all but 6 starts and most of "Independence". They are fun, but I'm fairly sure they don't sell for a premium.

I see hardcore Die Deterioration, but I'm no expert. Just my opinion.
