This coin has either IIΓ or HΓ on the front with what looks like a bird in flight above it. The back is covered with lines in a grid. 24mm and 6.2 grams. Wondering if this might not be a coin?

Beyond that, I'm not sure either, but I would personally suspect that it's a weight of some kind.
