Hi all, Got this coin and wanted to ask you what you think of the grade...it's graded but I find ICCS way off these days, I just want to see if its me...have a look and let me know what you think. I will then show the whole slab :)

If it got above a 62, I'd be shocked. Pretty baggy.

ICCS is a throwback grading company with primitive holders and inconsistent opinions by any standard. Canada deserves better.

I'm quite shocked by this grade. ICCS tends to grade on eye appeal and this coin is lacking that. Baggy mark galore.
But hey, always nice when a coin can grade higher than you think!

I woulda went EF.
ICCS should be shut down for giving that coin MS63. Seriously, they should be held accountable. There should be a way to have your coins graded intelligently and ICCS is not the answer.

That's true. I sent a flawless coin without a single scratch, full luster...came back MS62

MS60 TPG bashing in these threads is absolutely pointless. For every incorrectly graded coin from one TPG you can post here I could post its counterpart from another. Each and every day for the rest of my life I could post an overgraded coin from each of ICCS, PCGS and NGC. They all are guilty of getting it wrong quite often. These threads should serve the purpose of honing our grading skills and enabling everyone to "buy the coin not the holder" regardless of the origin of the holder..
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning... -from PCGS website
