I found this 1964 D. Penny. You can notice the neck looks doble...this was common for this type of coins?

That looks like a very nice example of Machine Doubling. Common and doesn't add to the numismatic value, but your example is nicely visible. You could save it as a placeholder until you find a legit DDO / DDR.

Try to take a full picture of coin without any angles and straight on view. It would help to answer your question.

Doble = Double, but mis-spelled. Hopefully the OP or the mods will fix that spelling error.

OP, unfortunately, you don't have a DD that I can see. Keep searching and you WILL find nice doubled die varieties. Gotta keep at it!
