Could be a linear plating bubble, have you tried depressing it with a tooth pic?

Yep, a Linear Plating Bubble. Unfortunately, these don't carry a premium.

@rp, if it is a linear plating blister, then it is only worth face value. If you'd like some confirmation that this is what you actually have, then please start a new thread and post some pics of your coin. Also, welcome to CCF!
