Im pretty sure I have a 1975 d double die penny. You can really see the doubling in the "L and I" in the word "LIBERTY" and in the words "IN" and "GOD" does anyone know the value of this coin? Thanks.

Sorry Dee, unfortunately, I do not see a doubled die obverse on this example.

Cheers,

Just a FYI: It is called a doubled die,not a double die.
Your coin has coin counter/wrapper damage or even vending machine damage not a doubled die. Keep up the research, you will find one soon.

Okay thank you for the information! I just saw how thick the letters were and read an article saying thick letters could be a type of doubling but I was not sure
