Sorry guys if I'm posting too many topics. But right now I'm searching about 3.000 coins from 1964 to 1999...Im I've keep finding some interesting coins. I found this 1983 Penny and I notice something with the collar of the jacket and the tie. also the texture of the coin.

plus dust or debris between the copper plating layer and zinc, causing the bumpy look...Keep asking all you need, that's way most of us are here...good luck on future finds,have fun....
