Sorry, I can't see RPM from these pictures. What I do see is Die Deterioration on the date and mintmark

The RPM is in the 9. Look at the WRPM-003 in Wexlers.

Ok, you're right. Again my attention was on the mintmark not on the 9. That's an "interesting" RPM. Person that was punching this mintmark must have been drunk or blind. How do you miss mintmark location by that much is beyond me. Nice find none the less
