It's either Coin Wrapping Machine Damage, or something else mechanical.

Scratched coin, PSD. Not worth anything. Only worth face value, because it's just a damaged coin and not an error coin.

All the 1965-1967 coins have no mintmarks. None. This was a change over period. There were no proof coins either. They made SMS sets that year. The silver pull from circulation just started. So to keep collectors from saving coins from each mint, they dropped the mintmarks those years.

Thank you. I"m thinking the pic is not a good enough one. Because under a magnifier, it surely looks struck like that. Right where the two leaves touch the torch. I understand that you guys are well educated in this, but if I were to take a better pic, could I send it to you for another look?

If the coin is pushed inwards, (incuse) then it is a 99% chance of being coin damage. That is all I see is coin damage. (happened after the strike in circulation.
