Hello Everyone,

So I think that I may have a 1941 LWC that has an s/s rpm. I was hoping to get confirmation that it actually is. As always I truly appreciate all of your input and knowledge!

It looks like a RPM, but I can't find it listed anywhere.

Could just be Machine Doubling, looks like some on top of the date as well.

Note the date. We see the same MD on it in the same direction. Not a RPM. Machine Doubling from a high bounce.

@coop you really think so? I haven't seen a lot of Machine Doubling that does that to the mint mark, but I am a beginner so I haven't seen that many to begin with I guess.

Is Machine Doubling prevalent in the Wheat penny series? I am looking through my collection of them right now maybe you guys could give me some tips and what to watch out for and where?

@coop thanks for those pictures! I always save them and try to use them as a reference point.

I do have to say Machine Doubling or not that 1858 looks really cool in my opinion.
