I've been looking for information on the different finishes they have used on Roosevelt dimes. This 2017p appears to have an even, dull grey look, yet still has nice cartwheel effect? Were they all minted this way? I took a picture of it along side a 2011d to show the difference in appearance.

The 2011 D Dime looks like it has some toning going on. The 2017 P Dime looks normal to me.

Here's another pic with a few more normal looking dimes.Hopefully you can see from the picture how this 2017P looks different. ( Its in the bottom row in the middle.) The others have a shiny silver look, even though they arnt, but this one I would describe as flat grey.

Strange, that almost looks like newly minted silver or even aluminum.

They did make an enhanced clad dime at san fran that year, but I'd say that one just has its full mint luster.

Well there were no Silver coins stuck in Philly then. It the edge is showing the copper cladding it is a normal coin. Just the metal they bonded together just looking different.

Just looks like coins that have experienced different environmental conditions.

I have the same thing going on. This is a 2014 from Philly. Did you ever figure out anything about this "satin" finish?
