Thanks, all! The inspiration for the case (and the collection) was from jbuck.

Received a 73S MS67 Silver today. Got a really good deal on it but the holder is a little scuffed. I'll hang onto this one until I find a better one, but does anyone have a good suggestion for removing scratches from the OGP slabs? I thought about perhaps the headlight polishing kits from the auto supply stores but I've never had good luck with them on headlights, let alone on TPG slabs.

That has been recommended here before, but I have never tried it myself (the lack of need being the reason).

My car headlights really need fixing. I got the Rain-X kit from someone and just need to commit the time to try it out (reading the directions seem to indicate that results are proportional to time). That being said, I will let you know how that goes if it helps.

I just finished making an acrylic display case for an item in a friend's family heirloom collection. Close to finishing I accidentally scratched the acrylic surface. This kit (which is useable on many plastics) was a godsend.

I know we're veering off topic, but you can't beat the 3M headlight kits. I've tried the others, but they just don't measure up. And, I've been thinking about trying the Liquid Glass product when I clean headlights next time - it's supposed to be an impervious coating. Don't know if it works on acrylic, though (will test on a sacrificial piece.)

It does indeed look promising -- the reviews are stellar. I just might give it a shot. The $18 price is more than I paid for the slabbed 73S Silver MS67, but I'm certain it would have other applications.

I've been lax in posting here but I've been pretty busy over the past few months adding to my collection, so I figure it's time to show where I am to date. Since my last post I have added the following (all PCGS):

71D MS66
71S MS66
72S MS67
73D MS65
73S PR69DCAM
76S MS67
77 MS66
15S PR69DCAM
15 (medal) MS69

And a photo...

Very nice!

One I do not have in PCGS yet. BIN or Auction?

I might go crazy with buys if/when I get a stimulus check. It is meant to be spent not saved.

Of course, the wife might insist on buying food or something.
