Hello, While looking around ebay yesterday I ran across listings of State Quarter DDO / DDR that had sold. I looked to see if I have anything of the same year and this is what I found. Are these legit or are they also another dead end on the road of cherrypicking?

About 70% of these ATB Quarters have MD on that out ring area. Mild to strong. So if you bought this one, you were had.
