Please look at this dime and see if there are any errors? To me on the obverse the second "2" in the date looks like there is something behind it. Also on the reverse the top set 9f bands on the torch it looks to be a second set to the right of it between the torch and the tree. Please let me know if its PMD or if this coin could he special? Thanks in advance.
