It could be, hopefully I'm looking at the right area haha. The bottom of earlobe almost looks like a die chip

I think that's most likely a DDO. That's actually a very unlikely spot for a die chip, the only ATB Quarter with a die chip on the ear that I've seen was that 2019 Lowell with a circular die chip, and that was obviously a special case. It also matches the shape of the ear, while die chips are typically ragged or slightly elliptical.
