I found this and don't know how to check if it is a "Wrong Planchet?" It is very, Very yellow and looks very Bronze In color? This would be a nice hit if it was a "Wrong Planchet" with a payout like the 1943, Bronze!

Looks like a very nice uncirculated coin to me. Cents of this year were made from shell case brass and have a slightly different color, especially in higher grades.

FYI: Always best to remove holder when possible before taking photos.

What I'm using to take pictures......

I'm using my iPhone, take it to 2:3 settings, then zoom vent into square under a single bulb desk lamp!
Coin out of cover next photo!

OK now a quick soak in Acetone to get your oils off it. Unless you washed your hands very well before holding it.

Thanks for the new pics. Looks like something is "on" the coin. The rim looks more coppery so whatever is on the coin wore off on the rim? I doubt it is a wrong planchet.

@Greasy Fingers....I didn't realize just holding could put oils on it? NOTE taken, tnx! @John1, I think I will send this in with my next batch to get graded and see if it in fact is a shell casing as @Coinfrog suggested or as you suggest "something on it?"

As far as finger oils go: wash and dry hands before handling coins and only handle by the edges, Wash hands after handling coins.
