2013 $1 star note with serial number alignment error....according to the star note lookup website this note is very rare ....with it being rare combined with its error I'm trying to put a value on it ....I'm looking for opinions on what its value is , thanks

Welcome to CCF.

The good news, your note has a minor turned digit and is from a fairly low print run.

The bad news, stains, folds and handling marks.

If I found it in the wild, I would keep it. I would not pay anything above face value to own it.

Thanks for the warm welcome as well as your replys , it's really appreciated, so tell me if this note didnt have all the negatives that have been pointed out (the pic of the note was taken while in its sleeve , note is in pretty good shape)what would this note be worth in good condition?
