The official Nickel Searcher thread is one I've posted in often as I've searched many a roll! Anyhow, I've been a member for over 10 years now & have learned much here. I figure it's time to give back.
Contest is open to anybody who has posted their finds in the official nickel thread (The Goal: 25,000 Rolls Of Nickels (All Searchers Welcome!) prior to 8/30/2019 with 50 quality posts with a shipping address within the US. Contest begins immediately and ends Friday September 6th at 11:59 PM. Only 1 entry per person. NO editing! Make sure that you are satisfied with your entry before you submit. The winner will receive a
RedBook MegaRed 3rd edition (with expanded in depth coverage of nickels 1866-date) & a
RedBook Guidebook of Shield &
Liberty nickels.
To enter, list a page # in thread where you listed your finds, then select 1 date/mm combo from each grouping starting with Liberty (V) nickels through 1959 Jefferson. (Suggest maybe you copy & paste then change date to your entry.

The winner will be the entrant who matches the most of the 11 date/mm combos with my pre selected ones. The shield tiebreaker will be used if needed (closest to my pre selected) & the pick a letter as a final tiebreaker.
Again, No editing. I will try to tally entries daily as contest moves forward so I can distinguish winner promptly. (Can't do that if entries are constantly changing) Good Luck!
