It's perhaps a low MS coin, but I see now that it's an error, my mistake, not a bullion coin.

CoinFrog, thanks! In my opinion it would be worth more than billion because it is a cherrypickers DDO. Not a large premium, but it would bring at least over the $3 the silver is worth, don't you think?
