Note the affected areas are reduced smaller than the normal size. A doubled die enlarges the devices. The best way to tell is to look into the closed devices. Then you see how they are reduced inside those areas on a doubled die. Note the inside of the 'B' and the 'R' on Liberty? See how the center is smaller, because the outer parts of the doubled die are enlarged? That is what to look for. Not the reduction of the devices, but the enlargement of the devices.
