Pics aren't the best, but that looks too good to be true.

Those photos really aren't useable for any grading attempt.
From the experience of lots of "young" collectors, if you aren't sure of what you are bidding on, it's rare to be satisfied.

Agreed on all points Coinfrog/moxking. But like Coinfrog said...if what we are seeing in these limited pictures, bear out to be that mirror like, authentic Morgan, with PL appearance? Then it is truly a sensational coin, only to be confirmed with physically in my hands and grading.
Yes moxking, satisfaction point well advised. Kind of like if it looks too good to be true, probably is. Yup.
In any event, I will see where the bidding goes. Not going to get too loose with my chips on this one if it gets out there bid price wise. Toliver James has a great feedback track record, save a few unhappy campers, but overall looks to be trustworthy. If I get it, I will report back more pics and your input. Thx as always.

He's a coin doctor. It seems highly unlikly that every morgan he has for sale is a flawless DMPL. It doesn't add up, just look at his other listings. I've seen coins that were altered to add a proof or proof-like finish.

With those photos, not a coin I would buy. Can't grade from them and no way to tell what games were played.

The photos are juiced. The coin you buy will not grade DMPL. PCGS has graded over 47,000 coins for the 1904 O in MS63. PCGS in MS63 DMPL 1904 O has graded only 186 coins. This seller currently has 4 raw DMPL 1904 O coins for sale. The seller appears to have an endless supply of raw DMPL coins for this date. You will end up paying $100 to $250 for a none DMPL coin.
If you want a 1904 O DMPL in MS63 you should buy a recently graded PCGS and it will cost around $200. If you want a DMPL MS64 PCGS, it will cost around $300. If you want a DMPL, buy one that is graded by PCGS or NGC as there are no short cuts on getting a true DMPL Morgan.

I'm sold. Ends that quest. Much appreciated. Looked at feedback. Forgot to check VIEW ITEM associated with negative feedbacks. I concur. Too good to be true. It is. Got to wonder how he has 6279 99.9% feedback selling coins? Unless it's the unwashed masses...I'm almost done washing for less gullibility. Lol Thx.

"Thedoktor" or whatever his username is that the forum frequently establishes as a scammer is also around 100% positive feedback. I think it's a combination of gullible people and a return policy. Those that aren't fooled simply return the coin and he turns and sells it to someone more gullible. Sellers with lots of transactions may also have a way to have ebay remove certain negative feedbacks. I have personally witnessed feedback that included complaints about unoriginal surfaces and/or cleaning being removed. Perhaps because the seller merely guaranteed a genuine coin and simply guessed at a grade range. Excuse my lack of coherency, it's late here.
