Hey all,
My grandpa passed decade ago and just this past weekend my mom gave me his old stamp and coin collection. I am a collector already of many things and understand the ups and downs with collecting things in general, but I have zero experience in the coin and stamp world although I am quickly getting a crash course! I am loving it because these are things my grandpa has been doing since the 20's so I am stoked to be the keeper of his life long passion (stamps mostly but many coins in there as well)
I don't think I have anything of serious note, but interesting nonetheless. Mostly it is Canadian coins with some mid century american silver and some british stuff etc from as far back as the 18th century. There are some medals too.
Anyhow, I look forward to posting and being educated a bit by those with experience who are willing to share some bits of knowledge!
Thanks!
