2019 W American Memorial Park Quarter Error Or Damage

Wilsonan2 New Member United States 32 Posts	Posted 09/04/2019 11:27 pm Can anyone help me determine if this is an error worth getting checked out or just possible damage? I'm new to collecting so I dont know what to look for. If you need more pictures or want me to try and get better ones please let me know.
